Store Manager: Joe Holroyd
Exeter Branch Manager: Joe Holroyd
Joe has spent over 25 years in Electrical Retail, the majority of which has been spent selling Panasonic products.
Joe is a keen musician and spends his free time in his home studio recording his band The Fireflies and also other bands and artists. Joe is a keen photographer and uses his remaining free time to travel with his trusty Lumix G3 camera. Joe also for organises Budstock Devon’s longest running music festival – which has been sponsored by Pana Stores (Southwest) Limited for the past 4 years.
Senior Assistant Manager: Dan Grout
Dan has worked with Panasonic Store since 2009. Dan started with the company in one of Exeter’s sister Branches in Newton Abbot as a salesman / installer. Dan has worked his way through the ranks at Newton Abbot to become Assistant Manager and then transferred to the larger Exeter Branch to become their Senior Assistant Manager.
Dan has taken part in many of Panasonic UK’s training academy’s. He has taken part in G Series, 3D, Lumix & Camcorder academies. He hopes to undertake Panasonic’s Home Appliance Academy.
Dan is 26 years of age. He is a confident and enthusiastic person who really takes pride in his work. Dan is always looking for new challenges to excel in.
Assistant Manager: Kieran Ryan
Kieran has worked for Pana Stores (South West) Limited for nearly 12 years. Kieran spent the first 2 years of employment working as an Installations Expert. For the past 10 years Kieran has worked in the Exeter Branch as a Sales Assistant and then Assistant Manager.
Kieran has undertaken many of Panasonic’s Training Academies and has amassed a great all round product knowledge for the various Panasonic ranges.
Kieran is an outgoing individual who will always be more than happy to help with any situation handed to him.
Sales Rep: James Chandler
James has worked for Pana Stores (Southwest) LTD for the past 10 years. He started as an Installations Expert in the early part of his career. For the past 8 years James has spent his time in the Exeter Branch as a Sales Rep.
James is another member of the team who has undertaken Panasonic’s Training events, most recently their 3D academy. James loves working with new technologies and thrives in this ever expanding market.
In James’ spare time he likes to listen to different types of music. He is also a keen gamer and own lot of gadgets, which he finds helpful when dealing with customers.
Sales Rep: Mark Cockram
Mark has worked at the Exeter Branch for the last 5 years as a Sales Rep. Mark is one of the Store g Series Experts. Mark has also had specialist training from Panasonic on Camcorders and Lumix Compact Cameras and also Panasonic Toughbook’s.
Mark has a thirst for knowledge and would in the near future, like to attend Panasonic’s Training Academy on 3D and also Home Appliance.
Away from work, Mark enjoys watching movies, writes a blog about technology, cinema and pop culture. Mark is also a very keen photographer and currently owns one of Panasonic’s G3 cameras.
Back Office / E-Sales: Kevin Callaway
Kevin has been with the company since 2009. Kevin spends the majority of his working day dealing with E-Sales and internal deliveries. Kevin has also had showroom experience and is able to help out with many of your queries.
Kevin has had Academy training from Panasonic on 3D and Home Appliance. Kevin would soon like to undertake Academy training from Panasonic on Camcorders, Lumix Cameras and G Series.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys travelling the world with his partner, listening to music and watching movies.
