I would like to comment on 2 issues:
Firstly the product, TV wise. Before buying I spent time researching on line. I then visited 4 stores and viewed different makes and models. The TV i finally bought from Panasonic stood out for value for money and exceptional quality and nothing else within my budget compared. Very impressive.
Secondly as explained I visited 4 different stores and can honestly say that the service I recieved from Panasonic made my descision easier. Joe the manager at Exeter was fantastic, highly professional, very knowledgeable, but also very friendly and made me feel important. I noticed the other staff when dealing with customers were equally good. The installers were patient clean working, very informative and professional.
Panasonic = 5 star service!

Many companies claim to be customer focused then fail to deliver, however I am pleased to say that Panasonic Store are not one of these that do, the deliver the service promised!

Under the Waste Battery Regulations, Pana-Stores (South West) Limited is now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. Simply drop your unwanted batteries back to any of our stores.

Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling at:

www.recyclenow.com

Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries and schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
